This one is a little overdue.  There hasn't been much churn,
but there has been enough going by in -mm where we probably
need anouther round of testing.

- added r/o bind mounts 'struct file' helpers
- added some documentation
- changed names of i_nlink helpers
- work around some PCI boot-time discovery issues on my x350
