Linux on the desktop - Debian (sources.list)

The file "/etc/apt/soures.list" controls where apt-get gets new packages, etc from. Try the following settings:

deb ftp://ftp3.linux.ibm.com/debian woody main contrib non-free
deb ftp://ftp3.linux.ibm.com/debian-non-US woody non-US/main non-US/contrib non-US/non-free

Remember to run "apt-get update".
